LeagueBrain started when a 200‑team baseball league lost the in‑person scheduling meeting its season depended on. Coaches started proposing and confirming games online instead. Today that league runs 750 teams per season, nearly four times as many, and the two weeks of cleanup after every scheduling cycle are gone.

Who does the setup, and how long does it take?
We do, and it usually takes a day or two. Most of that time goes into learning how your league actually runs. Once we have that, configuration is fast, and everything is ready the first time you log in. If your season is around the corner, we can move quickly.
Will our coaches actually use it?
We asked 210 baseball coaches whether the LeagueBrain team portal was easy to use. 196 agreed and none disagreed. Coaches get one place to pay, schedule, report scores, and check requirements, so they have a reason to log in.

What happens during rainouts and reschedules?
A coach cancels the game with a reason, then proposes a makeup on that same game. Once the other coach accepts, the public schedule and team calendars show the new time. Both coaches, your office, and the assignor get an email, and the game history shows who changed what.
